Legacy Park completion confirmed High Point Development

The project was designed and developed by the South Tampa development firm. Mr. James and Chafika Landers’ firm developed the 149 unit development over the past 16 months. Located on a 15 acre tract south of Gandy in between Westshore and Manhattan, the project was originally planned for apartments.
Having completed 6 “South of Gandy” projects since 2000, High Point has been this areas’ most active developer specializing in Urban Infill development.
